Light Weight Speedwerx Hood and Intake

The Speedwerx Hood saves 8.5 pounds and provides a cooler and less restrictive intake while increasing overall airflow and venting through the hood. The hood comes pre-assembled with the intake installed and vents drilled out making the installation process as easy as possible.

This Lighweight Polycarbonate Hood and Intake combo is 8.55 lbs lighter than stock and is the best option for increasing air flow on the Boost models. On top of that it, also drops air intake temps dramatically which makes these rocketships perform even better. On a 30 second run the stock intake temps climb to 145 degrees very easily, but the temps drop 30 degrees in back-to-back tests with this hood and intake setup. This improves power and overall performance. Simply put, this is the lightest, best breathing, and best performing hood and intake combo on the market. Works with standard and 7S gauges and comes in a gloss black finish. The optional Lightweight Aluminum Oil Tanks create addional space to allow the use of our custom made Underhood Storage Bag as well.
