Service Description

A private clinic is a great opportunity to control who you get to learn mountain skills with and what type of experience you have. The typical package is the same as a regular clinic but it can be tailored to your needs or kept to only your riding group. I highly recommend attending a regular clinic before booking a private one. Cancellation Policy

If canceled more than 6 months in advance – 90% refund If canceled more than 1 month in advance – 70% refund If canceled more than 2 weeks in advance – 50% refund If canceled less than 2 weeks in advance – No refund can be given Weather and Snow Conditions If a clinic is canceled due to weather or snow conditions, a 100% refund will be given. Clinic cancellation due to weather or snow is at the sole discretion of Caleb Kesterke. Harsh conditions and challenging snowpack is to be expected and clinics will not be canceled without a natural disaster-type event taking place Clinics are non-transferable. Clinics cannot be rescheduled
